Here we have a profile for a person named Jamie Beasley. She claims to have been the office manager of Marauder from March 2009 to October 2011:

So, if you were planning to sue Marauder, she might make a very useful and interesting witness.


She probably knows a great deal about the harassment perpetrated by Marauder Corporation. She probably knows about their abuse of the Experian credit database.


Of course, a burning question is this: since there are many complaints about Marauder involving female callers, was Ms. Beasley ever the voice on the other end of the call from (760) 423-1100?

Ryon Gambill CANNOT HIDE At 73710 Fred Waring Drive

Google searches on "criminal collector," Ryon Gambill often show the address, 73710 Fred Waring Drive in Palm Desert, CA.

There's a reason for this. Many of the phone numbers used by Gambill and his Marauder Corporation have been associated with an individual known as Joaquin Murguia.

If you look at the map, you'll see that Murguia,  not Gambill or any of his companies, have a tie to the Fred Waring address!

If you're looking for Gambill, you really don't have to look very far at all. He operates out of his home, the address there is:

If you are local, you could go by and handle him in person. If you are being harassed by him, that's a good address to use for filing police complaints and lawsuits.

Ryon Gambill and Marauder: Court Will NOT Let Them Hide!

Take a look at these pages from a lawsuit against Ryon Gambill and Marauder Corporation. Gambill and Marauder hide behind mail drops, so it is hard to serve them with a lawsuit.

On December 28, 1998, Ryon Gambill pled guilty to two violations of California PC 653M(A) (Harassing by Telephone). A copy of the Riverside County conviction document is presented for your examination.


As you can see, Gambill was also charged with extortion under California PC M524.


At this point, there is no doubt that Ryon Gambill is a convicted criminal.

California Penal Code Section 653m

(a) Every person who, with intent to annoy, telephones or

makes contact by means of an electronic communication device with

another and addresses to or about the other person any obscene

language or addresses to the other person any threat to inflict

injury to the person or property of the person addressed or any

member of his or her family, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in

this subdivision shall apply to telephone calls or electronic

contacts made in good faith.

   (b) Every person who, with intent to annoy or harass, makes

repeated telephone calls or makes repeated contact by means of an

electronic communication device, or makes any combination of calls or

contact, to another person is, whether or not conversation ensues

from making the telephone call or contact by means of an electronic

communication device, guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in this

subdivision shall apply to telephone calls or electronic contacts

made in good faith or during the ordinary course and scope of

business.

   (c) Any offense committed by use of a telephone may be deemed to

have been committed when and where the telephone call or calls were

made or received. Any offense committed by use of an electronic

communication device or medium, including the Internet, may be deemed

to have been committed when and where the electronic communication

or communications were originally sent or first viewed by the

recipient.

   (d) Subdivision (a) or (b) is violated when the person acting with

intent to annoy makes a telephone call or contact by means of an

electronic communication device requesting a return call and performs

the acts prohibited under subdivision (a) or (b) upon receiving the

return call.

   (e) Subdivision (a) or (b) is violated when a person knowingly

permits any telephone or electronic communication under the person's

control to be used for the purposes prohibited by those subdivisions.

   (f) If probation is granted, or the execution or imposition of

sentence is suspended, for any person convicted under this section,

the court may order as a condition of probation that the person

participate in counseling.

   (g) For purposes of this section, the term "electronic

communication device" includes, but is not limited to, telephones,

cellular phones, computers, video recorders, facsimile machines,

pagers, personal digital assistants, smartphones, and any other

device that transfers signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, or

data. "Electronic communication device" also includes, but is not

limited to, videophones, TTY/TDD devices, and all other devices used

to aid or assist communication to or from deaf or disabled persons.

"Electronic communication" has the same meaning as the term defined

in Subsection 12 of Section 2510 of Title 18 of the United States

Code.

Ryon Gambill is a convicted criminal and the owner and operator of several companies: Marauder Corporation, Bill Collector in a Box, Nationwide Capital Recovery, Collection Professionals and Check Protection Systems.

Note that he likes to use the initials "CPS" which many people think is Child Protective Services.

People have complained Gambill "spoofs" this on caller id so that people will think they are being investigated. This technique also applies improper and illegal pressure when calls are made to the workplace.

There have been many complaints about him for harassment (such as "pretending" he is CPS) and telephone abuse and the possibility that he is attempting to collect debts that either do not exist or are not his to collect.

He has been sued many times. He has NEVER won a case, he either settles or accepts a default judgment against him.

He attempted to file for bankruptcy and it was dismissed for fraud.

He tried to sue leading consumer advocate, Bud Hibbs, and the case was dismissed because of issues with Gambill's lawyer.

In the meantime, DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL YOU ARE CONVINCED THE DEBT IS REAL. His talk of legal action is bogus. He can and will put entries on your Experian credit report, but they will also remove them if you complain!
